Klimatskalets inverkan vid plusenergihus byggnation

- Abstract
- Trends in today’s building society seem to lead towards a more sustainable society where energy efficiency and sustainability are seen as real parameters to take into consideration at both community planning and villa projects.
Now that concepts like zero energy and passive houses will be part of the construction industry’s mainstream, the authors hope that the construction industry will take this step with a nuanced view of the possibilities and accountability of heavy framework buildings.

The study aims to combine heat storage theory with the plus energy house
concept as a viable way to build both individual homes and entire
communities. Buildings with heavy frameworks connection to smart grids are seen as an opportunity to achieve society’s environmental goals. Results presented in the study show the brick cores opportunity to become a cost effective option at plus energy house construction. They should be considered as a way to adequately respond to society’s shared environmental objectives by year 2050. (Less)
