Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)
Abstract
The intention of this study was to investigate which one of the two variables a) the organization or b) destructive leadership, that can most significant predict burnout and its three dimensions; cynicism, emotional exhaustion and personal efficacy. In this study we also investigated if specific factors in the organization and/or destructive leadership individually can predict the three dimensions of burnout. A quantitative research at a retailing concern where 63 employees participated presented that the variables of the organization can predict all three dimensions of burnout. Our result also indicated that destructive leadership was significant of the dimension cynicism of burnout. Generally our results indicated that the organizational... (More)
