Abstract
The goal of this Project was to find solutions to stress related Health issues by analyzing the concept of rest and how to incorporate new ways of resting into our everyday lives.

The result is a soft doll for children between the ages of 3-5 years. With the use of exchangeable facial expressions, the doll helps children to express their feelings. Together with adults the doll can act as a tool for communicating. In play it can be used as any other stuffed animal, but with the extra function of conveying feelings. (Less)
