Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between a positive work climate and work motivation at two different organisations. Theories regarding creation, presence and lack of work climate and work motivation were discussed. The companies taking part in the study were a warehouse/logistics company and a producer of food. Three hypothesis ́ were set: 1. There is a correlation between perceived work climate and work motivation. 2. A positive evaluation of perceived work climate correlates with a high evaluation autonomous work motivation. 3. There is a difference in work motivation between groups of low and high perceived work climate. The hypothesis ́ were answered using a questionnaire containing previously validated items.... (More)

All three hypothesis ́ were true for the warehouse/logistics company. Only the second hypothesis was true for the food producing company. The results show that the relationship between work climate and work motivation differs in strength depending on the workplace. (Less)
