- Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)

In order to answer the research questions qualitative method was chosen were three interviews were carried out with participants and three interviews were carried out with employees at Krami. The results of the interviews were analyzed using Foucault’s theories about biopolitics and governmentality, and Weber’s social action theory. The results of this study show that the meeting between the participants and the employees was important for a successful reintegration, where the participants view themselves as rational individuals because Krami also views and treats them as rational individuals. The results also shows that Krami succeeds in their reintegration work because of the participants, in the lightning of Foucault, becomes self-regulating individuals. (Less)
