- Abstract
- This report describes the process of a bachelor thesis carried out for the consulting company Devv.it. Devv.it’s a new company with five employees working in different areas. The problem for Devv.it is that their current recruitment process is not efficient enough, it is long and some parts take much time. The task is to develop a safe test tool that optimize their current recruitment process through the automation of certain parts. The development of this test tool builts on the result of an analysis phase, consisting of various parts, where data collection occurred. - This report describes the process of a bachelor thesis carried out for the consulting company Devv.it. Devv.it’s a new company with five employees working in different areas. The problem for Devv.it is that their current recruitment process is not efficient enough, it is long and some parts take much time. The task is to develop a safe test tool that optimize their current recruitment process through the automation of certain parts. The development of this test tool builts on the result of an analysis phase, consisting of various parts, where data collection occurred. The information gathered was then used to develop the desired test tool. The developed test tool automates two parts of their current recruitment process. These two parts are the knowledge part and work part where the knowledge part is performed with knowledge tests directly in the test tool and the work part is something that is done externally and then stores the result in the test tool. The test tool stores information such as result, start time, end time and the responsive options that have been selected in a knowledge test to smoothly introduce it to a responsible recruiter. The presentation of the result is then used for filtering of the unwanted candidates. In addition, this also discusses the various security aspects that the test tool possesses and the few that are not implemented. It also discusses the more opportunities there are for the test tool to develop into the future. (Less)
