The study is based on five semi-structured interviews with three school-counsellors, one vice principal and one principal working at four different high schools.
The study shows that the school counsellors already have knowledge about normative critical approach thorugh their education the schools, however,  lack a functioning system of sharing knowledge. This means that students go without normative criticism in their education and at school at large unless teachers actively has educated themselves. A solution to this problem could be to educate all teachers in normative criticism or to get the school-counsellors get more involved in the process of implemeting the normative criticism in the curriculum.
