Department of Automatic Control
Abstract
In this master thesis, the problem of finding a suitable controller that can adapt to different sterilization environments is treated. Most of the work is based on the problem of finding a way to mathematically describe the process. The sterilizer that is analyzed is a steam pressure autoclave which is supposed to work at a temperature between 121 degrees celsius and 135 degrees celsius. A suggestion of how to solve the optimization of the temperature controller parameters is described in the thesis.
