Modellbygge och simulering av värmebatteri

- Abstract
- The purpose of this master thesis has been to find a simulation model for a crossflow heat exchanger in an air conditioning plant. The air temperature was controlled by changing the relation between hot water and recirculated water from the heat exchanger. The model which was obtained partly from literature studies was based on physical relations describing the heat transfer and energy balance. The results of the simulations were compared with measured data. We chose to study step responses to changes in the valve position. The step responses were similar to a first order step response with a time delay. The time constant obtained from the simulations showed good agreement with measured data, while the stationary gain in some cases... (More)

The time constant obtained from the simulations showed good agreement with measured data, while the stationary gain in some cases differed more than 30% although the difference in most cases was less than 20%.
