The documents studied consist of two official documents and three documents by an interest organization which have been studied through discourse analysis in form of method and theoretical tools. We have found that the phenomenon that sexual services for compensation is and the people providing them are described in different ways in these documents. In the official documents the phenomenon is described as harmful for the society, which is why a criminalization is needed, while documents by the interest organization describe that the criminalization creates a harmful situation for the people providing these services. We have come to the conclusion that all of the documents are focusing on vulnerability, but they find it in different aspects. (Less)
