- Psykisk ohälsa ökar i dagens samhälle och användandet av digitala medier likaså. Få studier har gjorts på hur organisationer kommunicerar kring psykisk ohälsa online. 1177.se, Sveriges samlingsplats på nätet för information och tjänster inom hälsa och vård, har skapat en temasida om psykisk hälsa med anledning att sprida kunskap och förändra attityder kring ämnet. Denna studie ämnar att öka förståelsen för vilka föreställningar som 1177 strategiskt kommunicerar om psykisk ohälsa och hur de kommunicerar kring ämnet. Genom en kvalitativ fallstudie där vi analyserar texten med en retorisk textanalys undersöks kommunikationen som 1177 för. Vi har använt oss av teorier inom strategisk kommunikation, hälsokommunikation, retorik, digital kommunikation, förtroende samt social acceleration theory. Resultatet visar på ett antal föreställningar som finns om psykisk ohälsa i det svenska samhället. Studien visar också att känslomässiga budskap och formuleringar används i stor utsträckning i reportagen, vilket kan ses som ett försök att öka förtroendet till läsaren samt skapa en brygga mellan expertkommunikation och personlig kommunikation. This study aims to increase the understanding of how 1177 strategic communicates certain conception about mental illness online. This is done through a qualitative rhetorical analysis. The empirical material consists of texts from 1177.se’s theme site Psykisk hälsa (Mental health). To understand 1177 Vårdguidens communication regarding mental illness, we have used theories in the strategic communication, health communication, rhetorics, digital communication and trust scientific disciplines as well as the social acceleration theory. The result shows a few certain con-ception about how people with mental illness experience it in today’s society. The study also shows that emotional messages and words are used to a large extent, which could be seen as means to create a bridge between expert communication and personal communication. (Less)
