Abstract
Mobile by default is a project about the identity of mobile connectivity with a focus on future usage of mobile technology in the workplace. The starting Point was to research how mobile communication and mobile devices are being used and how the users are affected by it, and through a case from the consultancy firm Ramböll this is applied to their new activity based office space in Gothenburg, Sweden. By taking part of the research about the employees concerns about the new style of working I could see that one of the biggest concerns was about a fear of disturbing/getting disturbed by phone calls.

The final Product became a headset that simplifies spontaneous synchronized communication with help of sound isolation, so other people... (More)
