The three questions in the analysis model are grounded in Mari Matsudas’ “ask the other question” and the aim with the questions is to ask a question even if something seems obvious. The conclusion of the essay can tell that climate adaption is presented differently in the two municipalities. In Kristianstad some consideration are taken to different social group whereas this is not as evident in the Vellinge policies. (Less)
