By using a model for e-democracy composed by Professor Ann Macintosh, I categorized different aspects of Lundaförslaget to create an overview where the different democratic dimensions could be analyzed. The different dimensions were later on complemented with different democratic theories. These in turn operationalized the democratic qualities I asked for in my question of issue. The result showed that Lundaförslaget do hold a few democratic qualities, but do not fully qualify to the standard set by the normative theory used. Whether Lundaförslaget is a desirable tool for e-democracy I leave to the readers to decide for themselves. (Less)
