The different dimensions were later on complemented with different democratic theories. These in turn operationalized the democratic qualities I asked for in my question of issue. The result showed that Lundaförslaget do hold a few democratic qualities, but do not fully qualify to the standard set by the normative theory used. Whether Lundaförslaget is a desirable tool for e-democracy I leave to the readers to decide for themselves. (Less)
