Abstract
The core focus of the thesis is the phenomenon of viewing child sexual abuse materials on the Internet as a grave violation of human rights. The thesis is aimed to argument the criminal nature of the act of viewing child sexual abuse materials on the Internet, provide a brief analysis of its causes and effects, examine a legislative gap in protection of children's rights, and eventually seek to address potential solutions as the action must be taken and legislation gap must be closed on both domestic and international levels.
