interna partnersamarbeten blivit allt vanligare.

preferensutrymme. Därmed kan en regelbundenhet i produktefterfrågan
erhållas.

Problem: Small amount of research regarding purchasing in the construction
industry even though the construction companies see a large potential
within purchasing. Meanwhile, one can see a rising trend of internal
partnerships with both property development and construction within the
same corporate group. Furthermore, is the construction industry suffering
from relatively small profit margins, combined with the Swedish market
for building materials who has characteristics of oligopoly structure and
problematic pricing structure.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is with Kraljic's purchasing model as startingpoint,
compile a purchasing model adapted to the construction industry.
The study shall also investigate what additional advantages that are
possible through an internal partnership, within the field of purchasing. Method: The study has been conducted as a qualitative study where data has been
collected from both interviews and a literature study.
Conclusions: A more efficient way of purchasing can be achieved by operating with a
purchasing model that handles product classification. An internal
partnership can provide additional advantages by controlling the
and therefore achieve a regularity in the
product demand.
