Abstract
An all but exhaustive review of the Swedish and European union legislation concerning the
protection against harassment and discrimination in the workplace, with something of a focus
set on what measures the law forces employers to take to prevent these kinds of oversteps.

En allt annat än uttömmande genomgång av svensk och europarättslig lagstiftning kring
skydd mot trakasserier och diskriminering på arbetsplatser, med någon slags fokus på de
åtgärder lagen tvingar arbetsgivare att ta för att förhindra dessa typer av övertramp.
