We found that women often have a lower level of education than men, and that the obstacles they face often are based on gender structures that make women being the responsible party at home. For example, women are often absent from the programme because of maternity leave. We arrived at the conclusion that the statistical data we gathered could explain the statistical differences between men and women and which obstacles could have caused them. (Less)
