- A hot topic subject in a youth's everyday life and the overall society is the rising housing prices and raised rent. It is a reality that housing shortages and high housing costs are one of today's biggest youth problems. How come that housing becomes popular in just specific areas? What is the resident's outcome of that places suddenly get a higher attraction? Gentrification is a politically charged word and is a term that is strongly associated with the renewal of areas in metropolitan areas around the world.
