- Abstract
- The aim with this study was to examine and analyze the ways social workers within exercise of authority reason about expressing critique within their workplace organisation. My method of choice was of qualitative nature, and I got my data through interviewing four social workers within exercise of authority. Three were interviewed face to face, whereas one was interviewed via Skype. I structured the data into three parts: the role as a social workers withinexerciseofauthority,theimpactofthecolleaguesandtheimpactofthesupervisor.
