This is done through exploring constitutionality through the lens of the ‘sociology of constitutions’ which situates the British constitutional framework and Brexit in its greater economic and social zeitgeist and takes account of developments within contemporary constitutional study such as transnationalism and the plurality and fragmentation of constitutionality now existing in international politics.
