- This research seeks to raise awareness of the wide range of constitutional issues engaged by the British referendum decision to withdraw from the European Union. Through the conducting of an empirical macro study, engaging experts from every major political party in the United Kingdom, it aims to provide an overarching view of the many substantive constitutional issues raised by Brexit and draw attention to the importance of constitutionality in Brexit for a state as complex in its composition as the United Kingdom.
