Analyzing Call Center Data - A Case Study
(2019) STAH11 20182Department of Statistics
- Abstract
- Statistical modelling of certain phenomenon to extract patterns is a common theme in data
analysis. Applying this precise theme to call center data is riddled with many practical con-
cerns and has lead to development of new concepts and theories in stochastic processes. In this
thesis we intend to study specic call center dataset with the objective of studying patterns in
call arrivals over a period of time.
