The Ground is a small host organization itself. Parallel to its future growth, the research results suggest installing a shared services provider unit that operates with the purposes of running daily operations, community building and facilitating collaborations. This unit is discussed in the context of a description of the professional community generated through the fieldwork, in relation to concepts borrowed from... (More)
