Abstract
In one way, international adoptees stands with one foot in each country. Their looks might make them look like they belong on the other side of the globe, but in manners, language, taste of music and interests they may be exactly like ethnical Swedish kids. Many adoptees experience that they don’t get looked at as swedes, because their appearance isn’t typical Swedish. This essay addressing if, and if so, how, adoptees from Colombia and South Korea faces racism.
