The study found that both problematic and unproblematic othering occured in the documents and that gender was generally missing from the documents. Vellinge stood out as the municipality to have more problematic othering, more neoliberal views of the individual and more discussions about gender. More research is required to find reasons behind the differences existing between integration policies in Swedish municipalities. (Less)
