Abstract
This work examines how the degree of responsibility, motivation and participation leads to high satisfaction in the work of technical personnel working on First Submarine Flotilla.
The work is a theory-consuming case study that, with surveys and interviews, creates the basis for demonstrating through theory how high job satisfaction can be achieved. The result specifies the First Submarine Flotilla better conditions for retaining competent and well-trained personnel.
The thesis results provide answers to how the variables motivation, participation and responsibility are influenced by underlying factors, which change in different work situations for technical personnel on First Submarine Flotilla. The research results provide arguments... (More)
