- I detta examensarbete kommer sex miljöcertifieringssystem att jämföras med varandra för att se hur dessa beaktar inomhusmiljön i nybyggnationer för skolor, lokaler och bostäder. Dessutom kommer det att redovisas vilka krav och förordningar som dessa förhåller sig till för att uppnå en god inomhusmiljö samtidigt som man beaktar människans behov. Dessa miljöcertifieringssystem som kommer att jämföras är; BREEAM-SE, LEED, WELL, RESET, Miljöbyggnad och GreenBuilding

I arbetet har en teoristudie utförts för att samla information och kunskap om de olika myndigheterna som kan påverka miljöcertifieringssystemen för val av indikatorer. Teoristudien har också innefattat vad som anses vara ett gott inomhusklimat samt hur de olika miljöcertifieringssystemen beaktar dessa vid certifiering. De fyra inomhusmiljöfaktorerna är termisk komfort, luftkvalitet, ljud samt ljus.
Tabellerna bygger på de fyra inomhusmiljöfaktorerna och har utformats på så sätt att indikatorerna går att jämföra med varandra för att ge en klarare bild över vilka miljöcertifieringssystem som beaktar vad, även standarderna som dessa förhåller sig till finns redovisade här. Det har även tagits fram tabeller som redovisar den procentuella andelen som de fyra inomhusmiljöfaktorerna har för godkänt certifikat.
Resultatet har visat att det främst är upp till vad personen i fråga vill fokusera på för att kunna bedöma vilket miljöcertifieringssystem som uppfyller dennes krav vilket gör det svårt att utse det miljöcertifieringssystem som är ”bäst” vid beaktande av inomhusmiljön. Dock har även resultatet visat att Miljöbyggnad är det miljöcertifieringssystem som beaktar inomhusmiljön mest procentuellt för godkänt certifikat. (Less) - Abstract

The tables are based on the four indoor environment factors and have been designed in such a way that the indicators can be compared with each other to give a clearer picture of what environmental certification systems are taking into account, even the standards to which they relate are presented here. The tables have also been constructed to show the percentage of the four indoor environment factors for approved certifications.
The result has shown that it is primarily up to the person concerned to be able to review which environmental certification system meets his or her requirements, which makes it difficult to choose which environmental certification system is "the best" when considering the indoor environmental aspects. However, the results have also shown that Miljöbyggnad is the environmental certification system that takes indoor environmental aspects into account the most by percentage. (Less)
