observation study are conducted in the context of the agriculture sector from the KfW
Development Bank. As results, it is found that climate expertise in terms of human capacities
needs to be increased outside the operational teams. In addition, greater political will in the
form of increased financial support could significantly advance climate efforts. Finally, with
the aim of comprehensively integrating climate mainstreaming into all projects and sectors, it
is advisable that the tool or other instrument for this purpose is obligatory to be used by all
involved. (Less)
