Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to explore the factors, circumstances and insights influencing Swedish organizations in their own transitioning process towards AI. The work conducted within this thesis results in a qualitative report where a number of focus areas are reviewed in an attempt to first provide a holistic picture surrounding the definitions, contexts, activities and mindsets involved in leading your organization towards adoption of AI. Afterwards, an empirical study consisting of interviews of Swedish organizations is conducted in order to gather insights regarding how they view and define their own AI process, why they choose to transition towards AI, and how they lead their organization towards it.
