Abstract (Swedish)
This study examines if the shortage of specialist nurses is caused by low wages. In addition, the problem of ability bias has been discussed, where individuals with an inherent ability tend to obtain more schooling and perform better at the labor market. Further research is therefore required in order to estimate the returns of education when ability bias is controlled for. (Less)
