- Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka möjligheter och hinder som personal på barn- och ungdomshabiliteringen upplever gällande att ställa frågor om sexuella övergrepp. Detta undersöktes genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med åtta deltagare från sex olika enheter inom barn- och ungdomshabiliteringen i Region Skåne. Data analyserades med tematisk analys och resulterade i fyra olika teman: “Uppdraget och arbetssättet gör det svårt att ställa frågan”, “Vikten av att skapa en god relation till barnet och familjen”, “Ett svårt samtal” och “Osäkerhet gällande hur frågan ska ställas”. Diskussionen belyste både den motvilja och de möjligheter som deltagarna upplevde finns för att ställa frågan om sexuella övergrepp. Av studien framkom vikten av kompetens, erfarenhet och stöd för att skapa en större trygghet hos personalen i att fråga och samtala om sexuella övergrepp med barn på barn- och ungdomshabiliteringen. The study highlighted the importance of competence, experience and support to increase the confidence of the staff in asking questions and talking about sexual abuse with children at the Child and Youth Habilitation Services.
