Family life with children, in particular, could be made visible in the study as an assumed important part of the guidelines for housing provision. This focus on the housing needs for the family with children was shown to be expressed in different ways depending on one’s age. Either by encouraging families with children to move to the municipalities or by encouraging elder people to move out of their home to make a place for more families. (Less)
