The VF industry in Sweden is illustrated through semi-structured interviews and the application of the Multi-Level Perspective. The research discovered an early staged VF industry with several opportunities and obstacles for implementation. Principally, Swedish VF needs further research, acknowledgement, and development. Additionally, this study demonstrates three... (More)

Additionally, this study demonstrates three upscaling methods: marketing VF food to a larger number of people, marketing VF systems to more households and businesses and implementing VF at a higher level through structural learning, altered regulations and incentives.
