Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to investigate whether there were a change and if so to identify that change in the ideational content of parliamentary motions in the integration policy field during the 2010’s. In the first part of the thesis, international trends in the relevant policy sphere are discussed and identified. Four ideal types of concerning logics of integration are also presented and discussed. Following this were a quantitative content analysis based on the theoretical framework outlined in part one of the thesis. 300 parliamentary motions, the 150 first and last made within the timeframe, were coded for ideational content, party affiliation and policy areas.

In the early part of the 10’s, Logics of integration emphasizing generality and rights in order not to cause stigmatization have been joined by motions arguing out of logics of integration emphasizing specificity and duties.
