A comparative qualitative content analysis is used to analyze three different election manifestos and six different debate articles written by the representatives. By mapping out the content of the material and trying to read a connection, the study has found that representatives relate very well to the parties common position but there are some discrepancies in the Social Democrats and the Swedish Democrats. With the help of theories on party action, political profiling and European integration this will be explained and discussed. (Less)
