- Abstract
- The aim of this study was to examine young women’s subjective experiences of sexual consent. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with eight female participants between 20-30 years old. The study had a phenomenological and an inductive approach. Analysis of the results was made on a semantic level. Material from the interviews was analyzed using a reflective thematic analysis. signals in the specific relation. The participants experience of consent is shaped by cultural norms and changed though varied sexual experiences. The result in the thematic analysis is of value for designing future qualitative studies. (Less) - Abstract (Swedish)

Deltagarnas upplevelse av sexuellt samtycke formas av kulturella normer. Studien visar även att upplevelsen av vad samtycke är förändras genom varierande sexuella erfarenheter. Innehållet i den tematiska analysen är värdefullt för utformandet av framtida kvalitativa studier. (Less)
