- The aim of this study was to examen the workfield of socialworkers in social assistance. In a time where technology is expanding in the world of Swedish social welfare in form of. automation. I was interested in the effect it may have on the socialworkers . I´ve also examined the status of working with social assistance since it is considered a low-status job in in the social workfield and how the people that work with social assistance perceives their work, and how it, in their eyes, is perceived by others.
