- Abstract
- As a result of the global battle against climate change and thereby the new, green EU objectives, the Commission has finally published its revised draft Guidelines on Horizontal co-operation agreements. The Guidelines now include a Chapter dedicated to sustainability agreements. This Thesis aims at clarifying on how environmental aspects can be taken into account in the competition law assessment of horizontal cooperation agreements, especially in the context of the new draft Horizontal Guidelines and the Chapter 9 thereof.
