- Abstract
- This study represents an analysis of the discursive differences in Swedens and New Zealand's construction of policy regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. It systematically applies Carol Bacchi's What's the problem represented to be-framework in order to identify and analyze the differences in the discourses produced by the governments of the respective countries. This analysis yielded a number of findings; the most important of which were the differences in the construction subject positions, the view of health and the representation of knowledge.
