Abstract
The collaboration between Sweden and Denmark can be found in many legal areas and have a long-standing tradition. However, it is not without its flaws, given the two distinct legal systems that, despite their many similarities, also contain significant differences. Cross-border objectives, such as a common labor market, falter when bureaucracy fails to keep up with the times, as is the case with social security coverage and the possibility of remote work. Abstract (Swedish)
(More)
