- Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om de fyra dimensionerna av identitetsledarskap (prototypikalitet, avancemang, entreprenörskap och direktörskap) predicerade olika former av socialt stöd (upplevt stöd från närmaste chef och stöd från medarbetare) samt social gemenskap på arbetsplatsen. Insamlingen av data utfördes i Sverige i form av en digital enkätundersökning som besvarades av personer som hade uppgett att de har eller tidigare hade haft en anställning (N = 160). Studiens resultat visade att summan av identitetsledarskapsdimensionerna var positivt relaterat till medarbetarnas upplevelse av stöd från deras närmaste chef och till social gemenskap.
