Som en följd av Covid-19 har flexibilitet ökat på arbetsmarknaden samtidigt som unga vuxna inom kort utgör den huvudsakliga arbetskraften. Målsättningen var därför att förstå hur unga vuxna upplever flexibilitet inom organisationer. Den här studien hade som syfte att undersöka hur organisationsbeskrivningar i arbetsannonser upplevs och bedöms av unga vuxna, i åldern 20 till 30 år, med fokus på flexibilitet som värdering. Undersökningen utfördes som en enkätundersökning som besvarades av 75 deltagare som delades in i tre betingelsegrupper; högflex, kontroll och låg flex. Resultaten i denna studie visade på signifikanta positiva korrelationer mellan 3 av 4 variabler, beloning, appeal och PO-fit. ANOVA-analysen visade ingen skillnad i Beloning eller Value fit i de tre betingelse grupperna. The aim of this study is to investigate how organizational descriptions in job advertisements are perceived and assessed by young adults, aged 20 to 30 with a focus on flexibility as a value.
