- Abstract
- Support measures for unaccompanied minors relate to their integration processes in Sweden. This study contributes to the understanding of the integration process of unaccompanied youth by examining interventions through their retrospective perspective. The method conducted for this study was qualitative interviews with five respondents, who all came to Sweden as unaccompanied minors about ten years before this study and have since remained. Examining the results, Goffman's theory of dramaturgy combined with Antonovsky's theory of sense of coherence helped understand the need for integration.
