- Abstract (Swedish)

(Less) - Abstract

Results: Women's experience of menopause's impact on participation in activities resulted in two main categories "Symptoms affect participation in daily activities to various degrees" and "Supportive environments are important for participation in daily activities".
Conclusions: Women's experience of menopause's impact on participation in activities were affected to varying degrees. The result is important for occupational therapy to be able to offer a person-centered approach and to support women to a meaningful everyday life. Further research is needed to shed light on the impact of menopause in different focus groups and on the society. (Less)
