There is also a positive representation of social services, but these are rare cases where individual social workers are presented as caring, understanding, and helpful. Regarding the gender perspective, it was clear that most women posted posts expressing their experiences and opinions regarding social services in this study. 8 out of 17 women identified themselves as mothers through speech or writing. The results of this study also show that TikTok as a media is used to describe users' experiences with social services, which is done through hashtags and personal stories. (Less)
