This premise provides a good overview of the character and results of such a reorganisation. Based on data from six qualitative semi-structured interviews, a thematic analysis using the theories of caseload, workload, and role conflict has indicated that an important factor in social workers’ job satisfaction can be found in whether the work and tasks match the social workers' preferred assignments and workflow.
