- In this thesis, algorithms have been developed for automated design of fully differential amplifiers. Given the amplifier specifications, the automated design flow generates netlists for the amplifier core as well as bias circuitry. The algorithms are independent of Process Design Kit (PDK) and can target all the currently available open-source PDKs. Using the automated flow, 280 amplifier netlists have been generated and used to train a machine learning model whose purpose is to predict design choices based on amplifier specifications. The effectiveness of the automated flow is verified by providing it with specifications for two use cases and evaluating the performance of the generated netlists.
