co-management in Alcasa and examine the impact it is making on the workers of the factory.

Honoré ownership theory thus clarifying what the co-management means to the workers in

the form of control and ownership. The thesis also looks at the potential problems that can

emerge in a democratization process that is initiated from the top down. (Less)
