Det moraliska i en ojämlik fördelning. en normativ studie av ansvarsfördelningen under Kyotoprotokollet

- Abstract
- This is a discussion about justice. Two theories concerning justice, and the means by which to accomplish it, are applied to The Kyoto Protocol, an international agreement, which goal is to lower the emissions of greenhouse gases into the athmosphere. The responsibility to do this is unequally divided between states.
I discuss the justice in this from two points of view. First a morally oriented one where the moral imperative and duty are key concepts. Here we find that it is just to have uneqity because the able have a duty to aid the less abled, especially in a siuation when the problem will affect all in the end.
A second approach relies little on morality in means but aims for it in the end. Morals are accomplished by an agreement... (More) - This is a discussion about justice. A second approach relies little on morality in means but aims for it in the end. Morals are accomplished by an agreement made by rational agents seeking the fulfillment of their preferences, in this case to eliminate the external inefficiency of climate change. Inequty is just because in the end all will profit from the agreement. (Less)
