Abstract
A personality test is a useful tool in recruitment contexts. Studies have shown that participants distort their answers in a socially desirable manner. Group two, (20 women and 20 men) completed the test verbally. There was no difference in results from either of the test methods. The experimenters influenced the male and the female participants on a measure of social... (More)
